In accordance with cGMP and using state-of-the-art equipment, our R&D group provides complete product formulation, pilot production, and production scale-up services. Our experienced research scientists add value by working closely with you to develop the formula that meets your criteria for material interaction, performance, cost, and stability.

R&D develops batch records, new products, and pilot batches, and monitors stability batches, in addition to providing technical support for manufacturing, customer service, and sales.

The JB Labs R&D team is adept at generating robust formulas according to aggressive timelines to meet your commercial needs. In one year, the R&D team produced 48 nutritional formulas for one of our customers.
