A full complement of compression equipment allows J.B. Laboratories to respond quickly to your needs for high-volume production. Our tableting capabilities include both single layer and bi-layer tablets, with each production stage physically segregated under rigid humidity and air quality controls. Our two-story facility allows us to supply powder to our tablet presses using gravity flow, which maximizes our compression capability and efficiency without the disadvantages associated with auger or pneumatic feed systems.
